Your Adventure

What do you provide?
We provide snorkel gear including vests and spare towels if needed. We also provide ice, bottled water and juice … and of course, squid to feed the rays.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
You are welcome to bring aboard any additional beverages or food as you wish, preferably in non-glass containers.
Can we bring alcohol?
You are welcome to bring alcohol (preferably in non-glass bottles). And of course we ask that you drink moderately and responsibly to ensure your safety and enjoyment.
Where can we buy drinks and food to take on our charter?
There is an excellent deli/grocer next to our dock where you can stock up for your charter.
Will there be other groups on board?
No, we provide completely private charters so only your group will be on board.
Are the departure times flexible?
Scheduled departure times may vary a little with seasonal daylight and will be confirmed upon booking if other than the published time. Please contact us to book a departure time to accommodate your cruise ship schedule.
How can we give a gratuity to the crew?
If you choose to extend a gratuity, it can be given directly to the captain in cash or with a credit card payment on the boat. All tips go directly to the crew members who hosted your day.

Booking

Do I make full payment when booking?
If you make your  booking online , full payment will be charged to your credit card.
My charter is several months away, can I pay a deposit now and the balance later?
Please contact us if you would like to make your booking with a 50% deposit.
What happens if I have to cancel?
You can  Book with Confidence with our flexible cancellation terms and our 100% Lifetime Booking Credit which allows you or anyone you chose to use the credit from a cancelled charter anytime in the future.

You may cancel your charter before the departure time subject to the following Cancellation Terms and Fee: - There is no penalty or fee for cancellations more than 3 days (72 hours) before charter departure.
- Cancellations 1 - 3 days (24 - 72 hours) before departure - 50% of total Booking Price or receive 100% Lifetime Booking Credit
- Covid Cancellations up to 2 hours before departure with proof of a positive Covid test result - 50% of total Booking Price or receive 100% Lifetime Booking Credit
- Other than Covid Cancellations, there will be no refund or Booking Credit for cancellations less than 24 hours before the departure time.
- There will be no refund or Booking Credit for Covid Cancellations less than 2 hours before the departure time.
- There will be no refund or Booking Credit for failure to show.
How many guests can the boat accommodate?
Red Shank, our 29 foot World Cat can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests. Lil Blue, our 25 foot World Cat can accommodate 6 guests.
Will there be other groups on board?
No, we provide completely private charters so only your group will be on board.
Do you provide pick up at the cruise ship terminal?
No, but we will provide details on getting a taxi straight from the terminal. It's quick and easy and only cost $5 per person.

Adventure Assurance & Cancellation

What happens if the weather is bad or my cruise ship doesn’t dock on the day of my charter?
We work with you to reschedule and if we can’t find a time that is acceptable to you then we will refund all payments.
What happens if I have to cancel?

What happens if bad weather cuts my charter short?
We will refund the difference between your scheduled charter and your actual charter so that you only pay for the time you have.
What happens if you need to change my charter?
We may need to cancel or reschedule your charter due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or other circumstances. We will refund all payments if we cancel your charter or make a significant change to your charter schedule which is not acceptable to you.

Cruise Ship Guests

How much time do I need from my ship docking before our charter departure?
We recommend 1.5 to 2 hours. It can take some time to disembark from your ship because you’re transferred by boat tender. It’s best to be ready to disembark immediately as your ship docks.

How far are you from the cruise ship terminal?
We depart from Camana Bay which is 10 minutes by taxi from the cruise ship terminal.

How do we get back to the cruise ship terminal?
Your captain will call a taxi for you to get back to the terminal.

How much time should I allow after my charter before my ship scheduled departure?
We recommend 1.5 to 2 hours. The last tender back to your ship will likely be at least 1 hour before your ship departure.
